This section describes the steps required to install the add-in so that the content is available to Clarity users. You must complete these steps on your Clarity application server.
The following instruction sets describe how to set up for CA Clarity PPM 13.x and 12.0. The instructions also apply to CA Clarity 8.1, but the following naming differences between versions have occurred:

Setup for CA Clarity 8.1 through CA Clarity PPM Release 13.1
The following process explains how to install an add-in on a Clarity server:
Important! If you are upgrading from a previous version of Clarity to CA Clarity PPM 13.x, 12.0, or CA Clarity 8.1, you must reinstall the add-in. Before reinstalling, make sure that you cancel or delete all active process instances and put process definitions in draft mode.
