Preparing CAI Processes for Redeployment (Connector for CA Unicenter® Service Desk and CA Software Change Manager for Distributed) › Re-install the Add-In

Re-install the Add-In

To redeploy the Connector: Unicenter Service Desk/Harvest add-in

  1. Open the Administration Tool.

    The Administration Home page appears.

  2. Click Add-Ins from the Clarity Studio menu.

    The Add-Ins page appears.

  3. Click the Connector: Unicenter Service Desk/Harvest add-in.

    The Add-In Details page appears.

  4. Accept the default selected items with the status "Upgrade Ready" and "Not Installed" to redeploy.
  5. Click Apply and click Yes to confirm.

    The Connector: Unicenter Service Desk/Harvest add-in is now installed.
