Change the URL for Accessing Sandbox Environment from Quality Center

Edit the URL that Quality Center uses to access Salesforce.com to point to a Sandbox environment. The default URL points to the regular environment. You can create a Sandbox environment for CA Clarity Agile and CA Clarity Requirements, and can change the URL to allow the plug-in to access the Sandbox environment instead.

Note: Change the URL only if you want to access a CA Clarity Agile and CA Clarity Requirements Sandbox environment. If you have not created a Sandbox environment, you need not change the URL.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Quality Center plug-in installation folder, locate the AvQcIntegration.exe.config file.
2. Open the configuration file using a text editor.
3. Configure the default URL in the "AV QC Integration Partner SforceService" parameter from the following:

   https://login.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/19.0
   

   to the following:

   https:/test.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/19.0
