HTTP 400 Error in the Quick Links Module

Symptom:

When I click the Administer Security Definitions link or Administer Compliance Policy link, I receive an HTTP 400 error.

Solution:

The URL is case-sensitive. Check the URL and confirm that the URL is correct.
