Configure the Servers

To provide high availability, configure the servers.

Important! Log in to the CA Business Service Insight website as sadmin after you install CA Business Service Insight. The default password is sadmin.

For each server, verify the follow for the services:

• All services are set to Startup Type: Manual.
• Ace 2 on JBOSS Application Server and Oblicore - Tomcat 6 are set to Log On As: Is Local System.
• All other services are set to Log On As: <domain user>
