On the first page of the survey wizard, you create a name and description for the survey.
Follow these steps:
The Describe Survey page opens.
Specifies the survey name. This name displays wherever the survey is referenced in the user interface. You can enter up to 50 characters in this field.
Describes the survey. The description text is appended to the survey name when it is sent to the participants, for example, in the e-mail survey request.
On the second page of the survey wizard, you select the people you want to participate in the survey.
Follow these steps:
The Select Participants page opens.
Select the choice to limit your survey to a list of existing CA Business Service Insight users. Select specific names from the displayed list of users.
On the third page of the survey wizard, you select survey questions.
Predefined questions are provided for each SMI category and subcategory. As you plan your survey, you can limit the questions to the SMI categories relevant to your research. You can open the tree of predefined questions and read more about each category and subcategory.
Follow these steps:
The Select Questions page opens.
On the fourth page of the survey wizard, you preview and send the survey.
Follow these steps:
The Preview and Send page opens.
Return to a previous page to revise the survey.
Complete the survey and send it to the participants. You are prompted to enter an email address for participants whose email is not in the system.
Cancel and delete the survey.
