Stop an Adapter

Stopping an adapter disconnects the communication channel between the adapter and CA Business Service Insight. Adapters must be stopped in order to:

In the Adapters page, locate the adapter whose communication channel should be deactivated and click Stop Adapter (Icon). The status of the adapter changes from Started to Stopping and then to Inactive.
