Fill in a Data Loading Form

The Data Loading Form can be filled-in by a user having the proper permissions only.

To fill-in a data loading form

1. In the Data Loading Forms page, click next to the form you want to fill-in.

   -OR-

   Click next to the form you want to fill-in and select Fill-in Form. The Fill-in Form: <Form Name> page opens.

2. Fill-in the fields and parameters.
3. Click Submit to enter the records and exit the form.
4. Click Submit and Continue to enter the records and continue with entering new records using this form.
5. Click Cancel to abort the process and return to the Data Loading Forms page.
