Define Alert Settings

You can define parameters that apply to the alerts sent by the system. Note: Other features such as e-mail service comparison reports, and contract approvals use email settings from this page.

Click the Alerts option to display the Alert Settings page.

When defining alert settings, define general parameters that apply to all alerts. In addition, you can configure settings that apply to any alerts sent using e-mail or SMS.

Follow these steps:

  1. In General, define the general settings:
  2. Open E-mail to define the e-mail settings:
  3. In SMS, define the settings for alerts sent using SMS:
  4. In Popup: Select the field "Check for alerts every", enter, or select the interval (in minutes) between system checks for alerts.
  5. Click Save.

    The alert settings are saved and apply to all new alerts.
