Deviation Reports
A Deviation report displays the percentage of deviation between the provided service level and the service level target stipulated in the contract. The X-axis represents the criterion you want displayed in the report. The Y-axis represents the percentage of deviation. A negative percentage indicates that the service level provided was greater than the target stipulated.
The following information displays:
- X-axis: The deviation as a percentage.
- Y-axis: The months in the time range period (in this case, 12 months). The red bars (positive values) indicate service levels that violate the service level target. The green bars (negative values) represent service levels that exceed the service level target. This report does not include any service levels that exceed their target.
