Service Level Reports

A Service Level report displays the level of service provided. The X-axis represents the criterion you want displayed in the report. The Y-axis represents the service level provided.

The following information displays:

• X-axis: The contract party groups. The blue bars represent service levels provided to the contract parties.
• Y-axis: The provided service level.

Note: Drilling down into a Service Level report to a time unit smaller than the tracking period automatically changes the report type to an Operational Service Level report.
