Add a Contract Party Group
Contract Party groups are created from the Contract Party Group Details page.
When adding a contract party group you can:
- Add one or more contract parties to the contract party group.
- Determine which users can view the contract party group.
Follow these steps:
- In the Contract Party Groups page, click Add New.
The Contract Party Group Details page opens.
- In Name, enter the name of the contract party group.
- In Description, enter a description for the contract party group.
- In Member Contract Parties, select the contract party to add to the group (if available), from the Available list and click
, or double-click the contract party.
The contract party moves to the Included list.
- In Grant permission to users, select the users who are permitted to view the contract party group from the Available list and click
, or double-click the user. The available users move to the Included list.
- Click Save.
The new contract party group is added to the system.
