Contract parties can be collected into contract party groups to streamline resource allocation, as well as to enable reports that summarize the group. For example, you can create a contract party group that includes all your confidential contract parties or a contract party group for your contract parties located in a particular city.
Note: All new contract parties are added by default to the All contract party group. This contract party group cannot be modified or deleted.
In the Service Level Mgmt menu, select Contract Party Groups to display the Contract Party Groups page.
