View Contract Audit Trail
Changes made to a specific contract can be viewed in a Contract Audit Trail report. You can select the type of Audit Trail report that you want to view by selecting a default view using the quick search, or by selecting the specific details you want to view using the advanced search.
Note: Viewing Audit Trail requires the relevant user permissions.
To view contract changes:
- In the Contract Details page, click on the Audit Trail tab.
The Contract Details-Audit Trail page opens.
- Select Quick Search and choose the audit trail type you want to view.

- Select Advanced Search and enter the relevant details:
- In Version, enter the contract version for which you want to view the audit trail report.
- In Activity Time, enter the time (from-to) you want to include in the audit trail report.
- In User, enter the user to include in the audit trail report.
Note: The User filter includes only the users that have changed the contract (including the system). The results are displayed according to the user name at the time of the activity. This is in order to avoid users changing their names and making untraceable changes to the contract.
- In Entity Type, select the entity type from the list.
- In Entity Name, enter entity name or search letter.
- In Sub-Entity Type, select the sub-entity type from the list.
- In Sub-Entity Name, enter the sub-entity name or search letter.
- In Field Name, enter field name or search letter.
- In Activity Types, select a specific activity.
- Click Search. The search results are displayed in the search results grid.
- Click
next to the activity you want to view change details for.
The Change Details page opens.
- Click Done to return to the Contract Details-Audit Trail page.
