Audit Trail Tab

Contract Audit Trail tracks the activities of a contract life cycle. It records user modifications to contract entities including versions, metrics, timeslots and parameters.

Contract Audit Trail reports show changes made to a contract and can be filtered according to:

• Contract Life cycle. Shows changes in the versions of the contract including new versions, changes in version status, and so on.
• My Changes. Shows changes made by the current user.
• Last Version Changes. A detailed report of changes done on any entity within the contract and any field within that entity, including the time, user, entity name and ID, field name and new vs. old values.
• Quick Search. Search according to predefined search criteria. The quick search options can be defined during system implementation.

These reports are available in the same window for convenient viewing.

The Audit Trail is available from the Contract Details tab.
