Set and Launch Favorite Attachments

After adding attachments to a contract, one can be set as a favorite so as to enable quick launching from the contracts page.

To set an attachment as a favorite:

In the Attachments tab, click next to the desired attachment and select Set as Favorite Attachment. The attachment is set as favorite.

To launch a favorite attachment:

In the Contracts page, click next to the desired contract and select Launch Favorite Attachment. One of the following occurs:

If the attachment is an Export document, the Generate process begins and the document is produced
If the attachment is a standard document, it is opened
If the attachment is a hyperlink, the browser opens to the set URL
