Delete a Metric from a Service Level Template

Metrics are deleted from the Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab. They can be deleted individually or multiple metrics at the same time.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Service Level Templates page, click next to the Service Level Template whose metrics you want to delete.

   The Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab opens.

2. Select the check box next to the metrics you want to delete and click Delete.

   A confirmation dialog box opens.

3. Click Yes.

   The metrics are deleted from the Service Level Template.

   Note: Deleting a metric in a Service Level Template deletes the relation to contract metrics that were derived from it.
