Move Metrics in Service Level Template

Metrics can be moved between sections (Contractual, Financial or Operational) in a Service Level Template. The move is made in the specific Service Level Template and does not affect other Service Level Templates, contracts or contract templates created from this Service Level Template.

Metrics are moved from the Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab. They can be moved individually or multiple metrics at the same time.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Service Level Templates page, click next to the Service Level Template whose metrics you want to move.

   The Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab opens.

2. Select the check box next to the metrics you want to move and click Move.

   The Move Metric dialog box opens.

3. Select the section you want to move the metrics to from the drop-down list and click OK.

   A notification dialog box opens.

4. Click OK.

   The metrics are moved to the desired section.

   Note: If metrics of a certain type are not allowed to be moved to a particular section, a notification message opens showing what metrics were moved and what were not.
