Create Metrics in a Service Level Template

You can create metrics in a Service Level Template.

Follow these steps:

  1. In the Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab, click Add New.
  2. Select the metric section (Contractual, Financial or Operational) and the metric type.

    The All Metrics tab General sub-tab opens.

  3. Modify parameters in all tabs as necessary. For more information, see Creating Metrics.

Note: When creating a metric, it can be set as mandatory or non mandatory. This feature is only available when creating the metric in a Service Level Template.
