Metrics can be added to an existing contract by copying service level templates or specific metrics from the service level template to the contract. Multiple metrics can be added simultaneously using service level templates. These metrics can be customized using the Metric Wizard. For more information, see Metric Wizard.
Single metrics can be added from a contract template or contract. These metrics are added to the list of metrics and can be customized. For more information, see Editing a Metric.
New metrics, created from scratch, can be added to a contract if the required security settings are enabled.
