Users are the people who have access to CA Business Service Insight. The information a user can access depends on the contract parties that the user has access to and the actions defined for that role. Roles enable the user to access specific application components and the allocation to contract parties enables a user to access the specific information. For example, a user can have access to view (Role definition) certain contracts (Contract Party allocation) in the system, while other user can view and Edit (Another Role definition) the same contracts and even more (Contract Party allocation).
To open the Users Page, click the Users option.
Note: Inactive users are marked Inactive in red and can be reactivated at any time.
