User Management

User Management options enable you to create and manage the users with access permissions to the CA Business Service Insight application. You can also manage which roles they are permitted to perform.

Security options enable users with the proper permissions to add, search for, view, modify and inactivate users, user groups, roles and organizations. Users that have been added to CA Business Service Insight can be rendered inactive, but cannot be deleted from the application. Making a user inactive protects the history of actions performed by that user from possible deletion.

To access the User Management options, open the Administration tab, select User Management and the required User Management sub menu.
