Manage Attributes and Associated Values

After you create attribute names, you can work with options to manage attributes from the Action drop-down list on the Add/Manage Attributes dialog.

Follow these steps:

1. Click Service Discovery on the Design menu.

   The Service Discovery and Management page opens.

2. Click the Attribute and Metadata Management tab, then click the Attributes and Values button.

   The Add/Manage Attributes & Values dialog opens.

3. Work with the following options in the dialog:

   Edit

   Opens the Edit Attributes/Values dialog, where you can change the name and associated values.

   Delete

   Deletes the attribute in the selected row.

   Set Status to Active

   Activates the attribute so that it displays in the Services Overview page.

   Set Status to Inactivate

   Deactivate the attribute so that it does not display in the Services Overview page.

4. Click Close to save your changes and return to the Service Discovery page.
