Associate a Service to an Attribute

After you create attribute names, you can associate services to attributes.

Follow these steps:

1. Click Service Discovery on the Design menu.

   The Service Discovery and Management page opens.

2. Click the Attribute and Metadata Management tab.
3. Select the services you want to work with, then click the Service Action button and select Assign Attributes.

   The Associate Services to Attributes dialog opens.

   The services you selected appear in the left pane, and your attributes appear in the right pane.

4. Select and drag the service to the attribute value.

   Note: Expand the attribute tree to see the sub categories beneath a particular attribute.

5. Click Save to save your selections.

   The column in the table display is refreshed to show the association between service and attribute.
