Reports

Reports of all types (Simple, Compound, Report Group, Booklet, Free-Form, Report Shortcut) and report folders can be transferred with the content transfer wizard. Reports which are located in the My Reports folder are not available for transfer.

The following list indicates what is not transferred with the report:

The data of the report owner and permitted users is not transferred with the report. The user who is set as the report owner in the local environment, is the user who is defined as the content transfer user.
The data of the scheduling is not transferred with the report.
Note: Setting the owner, permitted user and scheduling in the local environment, does not cause a sync conflict between the source and local environments.

Note: The input data for the report (ACE calculations and raw data) is not transferred with the report. Therefore, the values shown in a report generated on the source environment might generally be different than the values shown in the transferred report on the local environment.

The related entities associated with a report are defined based on the type of report. This is indicated in the following table:

	Report Folder	The folder where the report is located in.
Group	Report	The report which is included in the report group or through the definition of related reports.
	Report Folder	The folder where the report is located in.
Booklet	Contract	When defined as the context contract.
	Document	Booklet template in report.
	Report Folder	The folder where the report is located in.
Report Shortcut	Report	The report which is the shortcut is targeted to.
