Forward Alerts

Alerts displayed on the Alerts page can be forwarded to other recipients who were not on the list when the alert was first issued. Any alert recipient can be selected, and new recipients can be created as needed. Both approved and unapproved alerts can be forwarded.

To forward an alert:

  1. In the Alerts page, perform a search to display the required alert in the search results area.
  2. Select the alert you want to forward and click either Edit button or the alert name.

    The Alert Details page opens.

  3. In the Alert Details page, click Forward.

    The Forward Alert page opens.

  4. Go to the field: Send to; select the recipients to whom the alert must be sent from the Available list; click the arrow icon () or double-click the alert recipient. The alert recipient moves to the Included list.

    Note: Select an available alert recipient and click View Details to display all the recipient's details.

  5. Click Forward.

    A confirmation opens that the alert has been forwarded. The date and time of the forward opens in the Comments history field of the Alert Details page.
