The Alerts page displays the alerts issued by the system that you own (as defined by the alert recipient). You can search for alerts, view the details of each alert and forward alerts to other recipients. You can also delete or approve all, or selected, alerts directly from the Alerts page.
An alert defines a condition in which CA Business Service Insight predicts that the current trend leads to a deviation from one or more contracts, possibly leading to a penalty.
