Editing a Root-Cause Comment
You can edit a root-cause comment if it was entered manually.
To edit a root-cause comment
- In the Analysis tab, click
on the line of the root-cause you want to edit.
- Modify the relevant information:
- In Metric, modify the metric to which you want to add the manual root-cause
- In Resource, modify the resource from the list of available resources
- In Timestamp, modify the date and time for the root-cause comment
- In Root Cause, type in the root cause (up to 512 characters).
- Click Save.
The Analysis tab opens.
- Click Done to return to the Favorites page.

Click Refresh to view the manually added root cause.
