Report end-users can generate a variety of graphical or tabular reports that indicate, for example, whether the service provider has provided the level of service agreed to in a contract, and if not, to view the deviation and the resulting penalty owed to the contract party. The end-user can make decisions based on the reports and take actions accordingly.
