By default, the Contracts page displays an alphabetical list of all contracts, with up to 25 contracts displayed per page. The page links at the bottom of each page enable you to navigate through the pages and find the contract for which you are looking. The contracts list their effective dates and times, according to the user time zone. To shorten the list, use the search procedure defined below.
Note: Search for all contracts beginning with a particular letter by clicking that letter from the displayed alphabet. Use wildcards to facilitate your search.
Follow these steps:
The contract was created but not committed, meaning that the contract is not signed with the customer and can still be modified.
The contract was committed, but the effective period is not started. The contract can be uncommitted when in Pending mode.
The contract was committed and is currently active.
The effective period is complete.
The contract was moved to Archive mode. Archived contracts are not included in any calculations, nor are they displayed in any reports.

You can use an advanced filtering mechanism for additional refining of the search results.
