Set Metrics as in Service Level Templates

After a metric is created, its measurability status can be updated without having to go into the metric's details.

This operation is performed from the Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab. This operation can be used on individual or multiple metrics.

Follow these steps:

  1. In the Service Level Templates page, click Open Metrics button next to the Service Level Template whose metrics you want to update.

    The Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab opens.

  2. Select the check box next to the metrics you want to update measurability status.
  3. Click Set As and select Set measurability status as active or Set measurability status as inactive or immeasurable.

    A notification dialog box opens.

  4. Click OK.

To update mandatory status

  1. In the Service Level Templates page, click Open Metrics button next to the Service Level Template whose metrics you want to update.

    The Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab opens.

  2. Select the check box next to the metrics you want to update mandatory status.
  3. Click Set As and select Set as Mandatory or Set as non-mandatory.

    A notification dialog box opens.

  4. Click OK.
