Service Level Templates are used to group few services with their corresponding metrics. A Service Level Template can be used to define collection of services with the following subject (Email and Network services together, ERP and Financial System together), contract party, owners, etc.
The Service Level Templates page allows you to create new Service Level Templates, use Service Level Template to create a new contract or contract template, search, view and edit Service Level Templates. You can also view key information about existing Service Level Templates.
