Use the Metric Wizard in Service Level Templates

The Metric Wizard can be used to update metrics assigned to a Service Level Template.

The Metric Wizard is used from the Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab. It can be used on individual or multiple metrics.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Service Level Templates page, click next to the Service Level Template whose metrics you want to delete.

   The Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab opens.

2. Select the check box next to the metrics you want to run the wizard on and click Run Wizard.

   The Metric wizard page opens.

3. Update each metric as necessary. For more information, see Metric Wizard.
