Report Filter
By default, clicking on the Report category displays a list of all defined reports in the My reports folder. To shorten the list or search in other folders, a filter is provided.
To use the report filter:
- Click
next to the Report category. The Report Filter window opens.
- In Name enter the name or part of the name of the report.
- In Type, select the type of report you want.
- From the Scheduling filter drop-down list, select the scheduling condition to include in the filter. If no option is selected, the Scheduling filter is not used.
- In Look in, select the location in which to look for the report.
- Click OK. The Catalog opens showing the results for the Report category.
Note: You can also select a letter from the alphabet list to display a list of reports that begin with that letter.
