Report Filter

By default, clicking on the Report category displays a list of all defined reports in the My reports folder. To shorten the list or search in other folders, a filter is provided.

To use the report filter:

  1. Click Dashboard-Filter Button next to the Report category. The Report Filter window opens.
  2. In Name enter the name or part of the name of the report.
  3. In Type, select the type of report you want.
  4. From the Scheduling filter drop-down list, select the scheduling condition to include in the filter. If no option is selected, the Scheduling filter is not used.
  5. In Look in, select the location in which to look for the report.
  6. Click OK. The Catalog opens showing the results for the Report category.

Note: You can also select a letter from the alphabet list to display a list of reports that begin with that letter.
