Service Group Filter

By default, clicking on the Service Group category displays a list of all defined service groups in CA Business Service Insight. To shorten the list, a filter is provided.

To use the Service Group filter:

1. Click next to the Service Group category. The Service Group Filter window opens.
2. In Search for, select a search option, by Name or by Description, and enter the search criteria.
3. Click OK. The Catalog opens showing the results for the Service Group category.

Note: You can also select a letter from the alphabet list to display a list of service groups that begin with that letter.
