Edit Page Settings

This operation enables the user to access general setting parameters, assign the page and/or share it.

Follow these steps:

  1. Right-click on a page and select Settings (or click Dashboard-Settings Button next to page name in the Pages catalog). The Workspace page Settings window opens.

    Note: The Workspace page Settings window for an assigned page indicates the Original Owner (the user that created the page) as well as the Owner (the user that the page is assigned to).

  2. In the General tab:
    1. In Name, edit the name of the page.
    2. In Description, edit the statement that describes the functionality of the page.
  3. In the Sharing tab, set sharing permissions to users, groups or roles. For more information, see Sharing Pages.
  4. In the Assign tab, set assigning permissions to users, groups or roles. For more information, see Assigning Pages.
  5. In the Assign Home Page tab, set home page assigning permissions to users, groups or roles. For more information, see Assigning Home Pages.
  6. Click Save to save changes and return to the Dashboard.
  7. Click Cancel to discard changes and return to the Dashboard.
