The Dashboard provides the user with two types of information:
Contractual status provides the user with information based on the contractual tracking period defined for each of the metrics in the contract.
Note: The contractual status calculation of the dashboard is based on the current (still incomplete) period.
Current status show the user how is the service right now. Since the term current depends on the rate in which events are happening, the results are based on a predefined sliding window that can be customized to the nature of each metric. Therefore, current status can answer questions such as “what is the availability in the last 24 hours?”, “what is the incident resolution rate in the last week?” etc.
