Roles

Roles determine which actions the user can and cannot perform within the CA Business Service Insight. Actions that are not available to a role are not displayed in the user interface when that user accesses the application.

After you perform a clean installation of Business Service Insight, one role is available: Insight Super Administrator. This role cannot be edited.

Following upgrade, roles from earlier versions remain.
