Responsibilities:

• Manage installation and upgrades
• Fulfill hardware and software system requirements
• Manage security settings: User and Role definitions
• Monitor and manage the system

Qualifications:

• Understand customer infrastructures and networks
• Understand CA Business Service Insight architecture and components
• Working knowledge of DB, XML, and scripting languages
• Understand CA Business Service Insight data flow
• User of CA Business Service Insight GUI-based features
