Hotfix hf9035

Hotfix hf9035 corrects the Japanese language translation for CA AppLogic 3.7.14.

The hotfix addresses the following issues:

Incorrect punctuation of dashboard meters..
Network and VLAN ID column headers translated incorrectly
Correct the Japanese translation of all strings that were changed since CA AppLogic 3.5.

Applicability:

This hotfix is only for CA AppLogic3.7.14 (and may not be used with any other version).

This hotfix modifies files on the grid controller. The hotfix takes effect immediately upon successful installation (no reboot is required).
