Shutting Down a Server Instance
To shut down a CA Risk Authentication Server or Case Management Queuing Server instance:
- Ensure that you are logged in as the MA.
- Activate the Services and Server Configurations tab in the main menu, and ensure that the CA Risk Authentication tab in the submenu is displayed.
- Under the Instance Configuration section, click the Instance Management link to display the page.
- Select a CA Risk Authentication Server instance or a Case Management Queuing Server instance that you want to shut down.
- Click Shut Down to shut down the selected server instances.
Note: When a shutdown request is received by CA Risk Authentication Server, all the ongoing transactions are processed, and then the shutdown request is processed.
