A special value, SERVICE(ALL), is available for any resource class which has two or more valid service levels. This service level will match any requested service level for the resource class and resource name specified in the safelist entry. However, this value is not supported for DBTABLE safelist entries which specify a non-blank column name. Any safelist entry which specifies a column value (even a single dash) must explicitly specify either SERVICE(REFER) or SERVICE(UPDATE).
