We recommend that some of the utilities described in this guide should be executed only by the systems programmer responsible for maintaining CA 1. Instructions to this effect are included in the description of the utility when appropriate. We also recommend restricted access to certain programs with powerful or time-consuming functions, such as TMSFORMT.
