VOLSER Control Statement

VOLSER is an optional control statement used to specify the position of the volume serial number in the VOLSER data set. The format for the VOLSER control statement is:

Indicates the starting offset position of the volume serial number relative to zero within the VOLSER data set record. Default value is offset 0.
