Create a Provisioning Role

When a Role is assigned to users, they will be provisioned to Office 365 using the specified Account Template. Different Provisioning Roles would be created for different types of users.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the CA CloudMinder Console.
2. Navigate to Roles and Tasks, Provisioning Roles, Create Provisioning Role.
   1. Create a new Provisioning Role.
   2. In the Name field, enter [domain] Office 365 User.
3. In Account Templates:
   1. Add an Account Template.
   2. Search for an endpoint of Type: Office 365
   3. Select Account Template: [domain] User
4. In Administrators:
   1. Add one or more Admin Policies. For example: Users who are members of the admin role Tenant Administrator.
   2. Scope Rule: (all)
5. In Owners, add one or more Owner Rules. For example: Users who are members of admin role Tenant Administrator.
6. Submit the Role.
