Create an Account Template

To specify default values for provisioned accounts, create an Account Template. Different Account Templates would be created for different types of users.

Follow these steps:

  1. Login to the CA CloudMinder Console.
  2. Navigate to Endpoints, Manage Account Templates, Create Account Template.
  3. Complete the following fields:
    1. Create a copy of an account template of Endpoint type: Office 365.
      • Select Template: DefaultPolicy
    2. Account Template
      • Account Template Name: [domain] User
    3. Endpoints
      • Add Office 365 Endpoint: [domain]
    4. Account
      • Federation ID: [ruleStringImmutableId]
      • Strong Password Required: checked
    5. User
      • Preferred Language: Choose the language for this template
    6. Settings
      • Usage Location: Choose the usage location for this template
    7. Licenses
      • Select the licenses to be assigned by this template
  4. Submit the Account Template
