Reason:
The CA XCOM Data Transport CA ACF2 security routine has attempted to find the ACUCB (an ACF2 Control Block) for this address space but is unable to find one. This is normally caused by the CA XCOM Data Transport server not being monitored by CA ACF2.
Action:
Ensure that the CA XCOM Data Transport server is being monitored by CA ACF2. Otherwise, the transfer request is terminated and this message is sent to the conversation partner.
