Reason:
The CA XCOM Data Transport CA ACF2 security interface requires that the user link the $ACFGCVT module into the XCOMACF2 load module. This is because $ACFGCVT is vendor-supplied and is required by the security interface. The transfer request is terminated and this message is sent to the conversation partner.
