CA XCOM Data Transport stores messages about the success and failure of all transactions in the following log file.
/usr/spool/xcom/xcom.log, except for the following:
When you have a problem, you should review the messages displayed on the screen as well as those recorded in this file. In many cases, you will be able to determine the cause of the problem from the messages. For more information about the log file, see Setting Up Log Files in the chapter "The Command Line Interface." For more information about CA XCOM Data Transport for UNIX and Linux messages, see the appendix "Messages."
