Invalid Cipher or Digest or fipsmode parameters.

Reason:

This message is retuned when one of the following occurs:

1. If FIPS mode is on and cipher is RC4/RC2.
2. If FIPS mode is on and hash is MD4/MD5.

Action:

1. Set FIPS_MODE=NO if you want to use RC4/RC2 cipher.
2. Set FIPS_MODE=NO if you want to use MD4/MD5 hash.
